Easter Egg Truffle Cakes

These egg-sized mini-cakes were composed (in the fashion of cake pops) in an egg-shaped mold, coated with candy, hand painted and decorated, then placed in a easter basket for a wonderful holiday sweet display. Love love love these! Great for gifts and parties, and stable enough to hide around the house for the kids to find!
